Pricing
No tiers, because no two sets of books are the same size.
A nine-person trading company and a manufacturer with three warehouses do not need the same system, and they should not be quoted from the same page. EZ Books is priced per organisation on two things: the modules you actually run, and how many people use them.
What the quote is built from.
- The modules you run. Purchasing, sales, inventory, the ledger, banking, reports, tax, import and export, production — you are quoted for the ones you switch on.
- The size of the team using them. A licence follows the people entering documents, not the number of transactions they raise.
What is included.
- Onboarding. Your chart of accounts, parties and opening balances set up with you, not handed over as a blank system.
- Data migration. The books you keep today moved across so the first month in EZ Books opens from real balances.
- Training. Your team taught the documents they will raise daily, in the order the work happens.
- Direct support. From the team in Karachi that builds the product. Not a ticket queue in another timezone.
Why there is no price list.
A published tier either overcharges the small organisation or under-specifies the large one, and both find out after they have committed. Quoting per organisation takes one conversation and means the figure you are given is the figure for your books.
Tell us which modules you need and how many people will be entering documents, and you will get a quote against that. If you are not sure which modules you need, book a demo first — that conversation usually settles it.
